Superintendent's Announcement 3/28

Parents and students of Jay Schools:
I have an important announcement. This week the Jay Administration Team has been meeting to prepare for the delivery of instruction to our students beginning April 6. You will be contacted next week to determine what method of instruction will best fit you. As you know, we face many challenges in our district in regards to internet connectivity and the availability of devices. The age of the student and the distance learning platform available will determine what method will be used for your child. Some delivery methods could include on line instruction platforms already deployed by our district, Google Classroom, Edgenuity, FaceTime,Study Island, How to Videos, Email, Individual Learning Packets, and the OETA Television Network. Your Principals and Teachers will be meeting virtually next week to begin the implementation of our plan. Stay tuned for further announcements next week.
Please share.
